Starting with one color, carefully pour or squirt Tie Dye directly onto each section until it is saturated (but not dripping wet). Repeat this process until all sections are dyed.. Then let it sit for about 20 minutes so that the colors have time to set in/develop before rinsing off under cold water.. 7After letting it sit for 20 minutes (or longer if you want very vibrant colors), begin rinsing each section thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.. Once all sections are rinsed, carefully remove all rubber bands and rinse off one last time.. 8Now let your masterpiece dry completely before wearing!
