Wool:
Wool is the animal textile fiber. It comes from sheep and other animals including cashmere and mohair from goats, qiviut from muskoxen, hide and fur clothing from bison, angora from rabbits, and some wools from chemicals. It consists of full protein but a small amount of lipid. The dyeing process of wool is nothing but an acid dyeing process.
Short description of acid dyes:
Acid dyes are water soluble dyes. It is anionic in nature. It is applied in acidic medium. Here ionic bond is created between the fiber and dye molecule. Light fastness quite good. Wash fastness is poor.

Tempeture 40c color dosing 10 minute
980c/10c * 30 minute

Fixing agent for nylon pH 5-5.5

- Should not use higher alkali during scouring.
