Compelling Knitted Fabric Quality Control Parameters

Some Knitted Fabric Quality Control Parameters should check to control the knitting quality. This is done with a process which is called the knitting quality control process. Different quality checking points for different sections of knitting are discussed below:

This is nearly the same as the previous stage

All Fabric New Knitting Program wish Sink age Check 1 miter Fabric when Dyeing Colour Complete Then Check –

  3. Yarn mixing Patta.

IF we found a major problem 2-10 Fabric As per order sheet according to color when Dyeing Sample Complete. Then Check.

  1. Lycra Fabric For 1 Roll when Headset completes In Dyeing then Inspection.

4 Point 20% Inspection & M/C Grey Fabric Inspection 40% If ok then  Delivery Grey Store / Fabric Inspection finding off problem list:

                  0’’-3”=1 Point                 

                 3”-6”= 2 Point

                6”-9”= 3 Point

9”To More Over=4 Point

Any Hole 1” Less=2 Point                                                      Any Hole 1” More=4 Point                                                     Formula=Roll Point x100x36 /Roll length x Fabric Width

  1. Daily Hold Fabric Report  ( Discus With Top Management Order By  Grey Store 
  2. Daily Wastage Fabric Report (Decision OK Then Grey Fabric Store Delivery

FLAT KNITTING-> COLLAR/ CUFF

ORDERSHEET/KNITTING PROGRAM WISE COLLAR& CUFF INSPECTION

  1. GREY SIZE-FINISH SIZE WHEN DYEING COLOUR COMPLETED THAN FINISH  SIZE MARK& SIZE  WISE NEEDLE COUNT.
  2. ORDER SHEED/KNITTING PROGRAM E=WISE YARN DYED SOLID & TIPPING COLLAR / CUFF WHEN DYEING EASH COMPLETE THAN ENSURE MEASUREMENT/COURSE+SIZE  WISE NEEDLE+COLOUR BLEEDING CHEK.
